The Keepers is a Halcyan brotherhood that strives to both preserve the knowledge of Icara, their long-lost ancestral home, and to gather up resources for a new homeland for all Halcyans. They are jealous of their secrets and covetous of others’, and never miss an opportunity to persuade, trick or coerce others into giving them aid.
